Case brief
A structured case note, facts versus claims, actors, chronology and what changed since the previous meeting.
Facts & claims · Chronology · Actors
MeetIT Legal · A standalone product, no cloud
Facts, claims, chronology, evidence, open questions and next actions — drafted locally, linked to the exact moment in the recording, and kept under the lawyer’s control.
MeetIT Legal
Nordmann mot Meridian AS
Information stated
The client received the termination letter on 4 June.
Claims and assessments
The client believes the role still exists in practice.
Unresolved
Whether written warnings exist.
Always local
Recording, transcription and the case brief run on the lawyer’s own computer. Nothing is uploaded.
Source-linked
Each extracted point leads back to its supporting utterance.
Lawyer reviewed
AI output remains a working draft until a lawyer confirms it.
The case, not just the meeting
A normal meeting assistant gives you minutes. MeetIT Legal reads the same conversation as preliminary case material — without pretending that every statement is an established fact.
From the demo case
The screenshots below are taken in MeetIT Legal, in a fictional Norwegian dismissal case followed across three client meetings. The case is made up, but the workspace is real: this is what the lawyer sees when the matter is opened — and what still waits for review.
Kari Nordmann, Meridian Logistikk AS and everyone in the case are fictional; the demo case was written to show the workflow. Its content is in Norwegian, with the interface shown in English.
One legal workspace
A structured case note, facts versus claims, actors, chronology and what changed since the previous meeting.
Facts & claims · Chronology · Actors
Documents to obtain, information gaps, possible inconsistencies and deadlines that require professional review.
Evidence · Open questions · Deadlines
Next actions with owners, source context and a clean hand-off into the firm’s existing workflow.
Tasks · Owners · Next meeting
Across meetings
A matter is a folder, not a single recording. MeetIT compares the latest conversation with the earlier case picture and surfaces new information, clarifications and points that may need reconciliation — as neutral questions, never accusations.
Earlier meeting
The timing was described as “early May”.
Latest meeting
17 April was given as the specific date.
Needs clarification

From working view to document
The lawyer chooses the document shape. MeetIT Legal creates an internal case note, a client follow-up, or a full case pack with transcript. You review and edit before use.
Deliberately not a lawyer
MeetIT Legal is a documentation assistant. It does not decide who is right, predict outcomes, assess credibility or present suggested deadlines as settled.
Confidentiality by architecture
MeetIT Legal has no cloud services for content. Recordings, transcripts, case briefs and AI stay on the computer, and there is no setting that sends matter content to MeetIT. The only things the product fetches from the internet are updates, models and licence checks, none of which carry matter content.
